Jazzercise – Lo-Interval Fusion
The is a one (1) hour class that is a promoted and provided under a partnership arrangement and run separately from Rivertown Gym.
Lo-Interval Fusion: Interval Fusion takes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the max for a sustained calorie burn. Melt fat faster by alternating intense cardio blasts with muscle chiseling strength work. Get ready to give it all you got with this revved up version of Fusion. Lo-Interval Fusion brings all the intensity without the hop.
