Jazzercise – Dance Mix
The is a one (1) hour class that is a promoted and provided under a partnership arrangement and run separately from Rivertown Gym.
Dance Mix: Torch fat, sculpt lean muscle and crush calories with this high intensity workout that mixes dance-based cardio with strength training. Fresh, pulse-pounding music and body-blasting moves bring the intensity to transform your body, boost your mood and ignite your energy.
NOTE: All Jazzercise classes are provided by a third-party provider in our Gym location for the convenience of our members. These Jazzercise classes may have fees associated with them that are not included in your Rivertown Gym membership.
